Ordered 2 cards for Father's day and it showed that the order had gone through. I then find out that there was an error with website, and that it had not been ordered. I rang customer service and they were very unhelpful and were unable to send the card out until the Monday after Fathers day, which was useless. When something goes wrong they are rubbish at sorting the problem out.

In summary, I would not recommend Moonpig to a friend.
