Avoid this company. Zazzle is one of those companies that doesn't make it clear when you make an order that they are signing you up for something, in this case Zazzle Black (which gives free delivery) on a 30-day trial. A month later £12 disappears from your account without any prior warning, and they won't refund you. Avoid!

In summary, I would not recommend Zazzle to a friend.
